All the products go through an intensive check before they are dispatched.
There are chances that the product might get damaged in transit.
We have a policy where we refund the amount of the product which is broken/damaged/wrong. To avail it, you must send us a video while unboxing the products from the SEALED courier box. You need to call customer support or write to us within 72 hours of the delivery.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Once your order is placed, it takes approximately 2 working days to dispatch your order.
Post the parcel is dispatched, shipping takes 6-7 days or more depending on COVID conditions in your area/city.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and a tracking id on SMS once your order is shipped (Within 2-3 days of placing the order).
